In these conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
‘Buyer’ means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the Seller;
‘Conditions’ means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller;
‘Delivery Date’ means the date specified by the Seller when the goods are to be delivered;
‘Deposit’ means 50% inclusive of VAT of the Price;
‘Goods’ means the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;
‘Price’ means the price for the Goods excluding carriage, packing, insurance and VAT; and
‘Seller’ means The Necessary Angel Ltd (Co. Regn. No. 03940742), of Necessary Angel, 3 Tithebarn Street, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5ED
These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Conditions.
Acceptance of the quote for the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Conditions.
Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
Price and Payment
The Price shall be the price set in the Seller’s quotation. The Price is inclusive of VAT.
Payment methods accepted are credit card and debit card, Paypal and where collection is in person, cash.
Payment of the Deposit shall be made on the date of acceptance of the quote, which shall in any case, be non-refundable.
Payment of the Price shall be due within 7 days of the date of notification that the items are ready for collection. Time for payment shall be of the essence.
The Seller shall not be bound to deliver the Goods until the Buyer has paid for them.
Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 2% above Barclays Bank plc's base rate from time to time in force and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment.
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Seller's quotation.
Warranties and liability
The Seller warrants that the Goods supplied will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 Section 12 as amended and/or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 Regulation 3(1)17) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, quality or condition of the Goods, whether express or implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Delivery of the Goods
Delivery of the Goods shall either be via collection in person from the Seller on or before the Delivery Date or shall be made to the Buyer's address on or before the Delivery Date. The Goods may be delivered in advance of the Delivery Date upon the giving of reasonable notice to the Buyer. The Buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Acceptance of the Goods
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods after delivery to the Buyer.
After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.
All Goods remain the property of the Seller until the full Price has been paid.
Title and risk shall pass on delivery of the Goods, which will not be until the full Price has been paid.
Where the order is placed over the telephone or internet or by letter, the Buyer shall have the benefit of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and shall have the right to cancel the contract (by notifying the Seller in writing) within 7 days of receipt of the Goods On giving such written notice:
the Seller shall cease to be bound to deliver and the Buyer shall cease to be bound to receive delivery of any further Goods;
the Buyer shall immediately and at his own cost return the Goods to the Seller;
the Buyer shall be bound to refund the Price (including any delivery costs) which relate to Goods within 30 days of receipt of such written notice;
Nothing in these Conditions shall allow for the cancellation of a contract or return of Goods where they have been prepared to the Buyer’s specifications or personalised or where the Goods comprise earrings, which cannot be returned due to hygiene.
Remedies of Buyer
Where the Buyer rejects any Goods then the Buyer shall have no further rights whatever in respect of the supply to the Buyer of such Goods or the failure by the Seller to supply Goods which conform to the contract of sale.
Where the Buyer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then the Seller shall have no liability whatever to the Buyer in respect of those Goods.
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for late delivery or short delivery of the Goods.
Proper law of contract

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click to add items to the PayPal shopping basket. We accept PayPal and credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard credit & debit). If you do not wish to use Paypal you can call us to carry out the transaction on the telephone or write to us with the card details.
When ordering on the telephone we require a landline number in order that we can carry out any required security checks. We also only deliver to the Invoice address, we cannot deliver your order to any address other than the one which the card you are using to pay is registered with.
Shipping And Handling For delivery addresses not on the UK mainland, please contact our company for a Shipping quote.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If you give us your e-mail address we can confirm your order dispatch and processing by sending you an e-mail.
Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. This means that the jeweller will make the piece for you. This can take 28 days. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Purchases must be returned unworn in their original undamaged packaging.
